About Photo Filters & Adjust

Photo Filters & Adjust gives you eight sliders - brightness, contrast, saturation, grayscale, sepia, hue, blur and invert - plus one-tap presets such as B&W, Vintage, Vivid, Cool, Warm, Fade and Dramatic. The preview updates as you move each slider, and the full-resolution version is rendered only when you download. Your photo is processed by the browser's own canvas engine and never uploaded.

How to use Photo Filters & Adjust

  1. Choose a photo - a live preview appears with the sliders below it.
  2. Tap a preset like B&W, Vivid or Vintage to get close in one click.
  3. Adjust brightness, contrast, saturation, hue, blur, sepia or invert to taste.
  4. Press Original to reset everything back to the untouched photo.
  5. Choose JPG, PNG or WEBP and click Apply & download to save at full resolution.

What people use it for

  • Converting a photo to clean black and white for a printed report or a newspaper-style notice.
  • Brightening an underexposed photo of a document so the text reads clearly.
  • Giving a set of product shots a consistent warm or vivid look before listing them.
  • Blurring an image to use as a soft background behind text on a poster or slide.

Good to know

One image at a time, and the preview is capped at 900 pixels for speed while the download is rendered at the original size. Blur is scaled to match, so the downloaded blur looks like the preview. These are colour adjustments, not repairs - filters cannot fix motion blur or recover a badly overexposed sky. A recent Chrome, Edge or Firefox is needed for canvas filters.

Frequently asked questions

Are these the same filters as Instagram?
They are built from the same underlying adjustments - brightness, contrast, saturation, hue and sepia - so presets like Vintage and Fade give a similar look, but they are not copies of any app's filters.
Can I undo a filter after downloading?
Not from the saved file, so keep your original. Inside the tool, the Original preset resets every slider, and nothing is written to the source image.
Why does my browser show a warning message?
Older browsers do not support canvas filters, which this tool relies on. Switch to a recent version of Chrome, Edge or Firefox and the warning disappears.
Does it work on large photos?
Yes, though a very large file uses more memory on the final render. The preview stays fast because it is drawn at a reduced size until you download.
