This is for the project that does not fit a package: a product you intend to launch, an internal system replacing four spreadsheets and a WhatsApp group, or a tool that has to grow into something customers pay for. It covers the whole path, from deciding what to build through design, development, testing, launch and support. BeeProton AI is a one-person studio run by Bablu Kumar Jha, so the person quoting the work is the person writing the code.

• AI features where they belong: search across your content, document extraction, an assistant scoped to your own data.
• HRM (HR management system) built to how your office actually runs: employee records and documents, attendance from a biometric device or a phone, shift rosters, leave requests with an approval chain, payroll inputs exported for your accountant, salary slips by email, and a self-service login where staff check their own leave balance instead of asking HR.
• Deployment on AWS or DigitalOcean with Docker, backups, monitoring, error alerts and a runbook your IT contact can use.

How we work

Discovery comes first and is charged as its own small piece of work, so you end up holding a specification any developer could quote against. The agreed shape then goes into writing: milestones, a fixed price in rupees, a payment split of 40% at start, 40% at demo and 20% on delivery, and the rate for change requests. Work runs in two-week blocks, each closing with something usable on a staging URL. Before launch there is a QA pass and a review of authentication, permissions, backups and dependency versions. Handover gives you the repositories, the cloud account, the Figma files, the API documentation and a walkthrough, followed by 30 to 60 days of support.

• MVP for a startup. Signup, one core workflow, payments and an admin view, live on a real domain. Three to four weeks.
• Internal portal for a manufacturer. Dealer ordering, approvals, dispatch tracking and reports replacing a shared spreadsheet. Six to eight weeks.
• HRM for a 60-person company. Attendance, leave approvals, employee documents and payroll inputs, with a self-service login for staff. Four to six weeks.
• Field app for a distributor. A Flutter app capturing orders offline, a Django API behind it, a beat-coverage dashboard. Eight to ten weeks.
• AI feature inside an existing product. Retrieval-based search across customer documents, added to software already in use. Three weeks.

What it costs

The MVP tier is ₹24,999 over three to four weeks: core features, a responsive web app, an admin panel and deployment. Growth is ₹74,999 across 6 to 10 weeks for a full build with a mobile-ready API, payments, notifications, analytics and 60 days of support. Enterprise starts at ₹1,99,999 and runs three months or more, where integrations are complicated and a security review is part of the job. Several user types, a payment flow, a mobile client or a sync you do not control pushes a project from MVP to Growth; compliance rules or migrating live data out of an old system make it Enterprise. Frequently asked questions

Do we own everything at the end? Yes. Code, design files, database and documentation are yours on final payment, in your own repositories and cloud account. No per-seat licence, and no piece only we can host.

What happens after handover? The product runs on your infrastructure with your credentials, so nothing depends on our availability. Defects are fixed free inside the support window; after that, a maintenance plan from ₹2,999 a month or work quoted per change.

Can it integrate with what we already use? Most of the time. Accounting software, payment gateways, courier and SMS providers and CRMs expose APIs; older on-premise systems need a scheduled file exchange instead. Feasibility is checked during discovery, before the price is fixed.
