BeeProton AI ("we", "us") operates beeprotonai.info. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India) and apply GDPR-style principles for international visitors.

1. Free online tools — we do not collect your files

All Image, PDF, Excel, Document, Data and AI tools run entirely inside your web browser. Files you select are never uploaded to our servers, never stored, and never shared. Processed results exist only in your browser's memory and are discarded when you press “Clear”, close the tab or end your session. Some tools download open-source code libraries or AI model files from our own server; these downloads contain no information about your files. To see which tools are popular we count only the tool's name when a tool is run — never file names, contents or results.

2. Information you give us

• Contact & quote forms: name, email, phone, service and message — used only to respond to you.
• Newsletter: email address — you can unsubscribe at any time.
• Client Portal: account details, project messages, files and invoices you or we upload — used to deliver contracted services, stored securely and access-controlled.

3. Automatically collected data

Standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) for security and troubleshooting.

Website statistics: we run our own first-party, cookie-free analytics to count visits. For each page view we store the page address, the referring website's domain, device type, browser and operating system family, and an anonymous code created from a one-way hash that changes every day. We do not store your IP address, set cookies or track you across days or other websites. Statistics are kept for up to 13 months and are never sold or shared.

4. Advertising

To keep tools and tutorials free, we show ads on content pages (Tools, Learn, Roadmaps, Practice, Resources, Blog) via partners such as Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your previous visits to this website and other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on those visits; you can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can choose “Essential only” in our cookie banner to receive non-personalised ads, opt out of personalised advertising from Google in Ads Settings, and opt out of other vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising at www.aboutads.info. We never show ads inside the Client Portal, on forms, or on pages without real content.

5. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to run the site (hosting, email, payment gateways) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

6. Retention & security

Enquiries are kept up to 24 months; client project data for the duration of the engagement plus statutory periods (e.g. tax records). We use HTTPS, access controls and regular backups.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by emailing us. We respond within 30 days.

8. Children

Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
