and small changes get done the same week you ask, not the month after.
We take on sites we did not build. There is a one-time
₹2,500 handover check first — we read the code, test the backups and tell you honestly what shape it is
in before either of us commits to a plan.

The rules we hold ourselves to
Nothing is billed before you agree to it. If a job will go past your included hours, you get
the number first, in writing.
Time is billed in 15-minute blocks, not rounded up to the hour, and the log comes with the
invoice.
Bug fixes on our own work are free for 30 days after delivery, and for as long as you hold a
care plan.
Work outside 10am–7pm IST, Monday to Saturday is charged at 1.5×, and only when you ask for it.
You can leave any time. Cancel before the next renewal and nothing more is charged — see the
refund & cancellation policy.
During development
While your project is being built
Care plans start after launch. During development, this is how the money and the
decisions work.
Fixed price, in writing. Scope, price, milestones and dates agreed before anything starts.
Not an hourly meter you cannot see.
25–30% to book, then payment as each milestone is delivered for your review. Never the whole
amount upfront.
You watch it being built. Your site runs on
beeprotonai.info/client/your-name/ from the first week —
click through it, leave feedback on any page, and we work from your notes.
Changes mid-project that sit inside the agreed scope are free. Anything that adds to the scope is
quoted before it is built, so the final invoice never surprises you.
You can stop at any time. Completed milestones are billed, unstarted ones are refunded, and you
keep the code for what you paid for — the
refund policy spells it out, including the 7-day review
window on the first delivery.
At handover you get the source code, the accounts, the documentation and 30 days of free bug
fixing. Then a care plan is optional, not a lock-in.

Questions clients actually ask
Do I have to take a care plan after you build my site?
No. At handover you get the source code, the accounts and 30 days of free bug fixing, and you are free to walk away or hand it to anyone else. A care plan is for businesses who would rather not think about backups and security patches — it is never a condition of working with us.
Can you maintain a website somebody else built?
Yes, and we do it often. There is a one-time ₹2,500 handover check first: we read the code, test whether the backups actually restore, check the plugin and package versions, and send you an honest report. If the site is in bad shape we will say so, and tell you whether it is cheaper to maintain or to rebuild.
What happens to the hours I do not use?
They do not carry over. The hours are capacity we hold for you each month, the same way a gym membership holds a place whether you go or not. If you consistently use fewer, move down a plan — we will suggest it ourselves in the monthly report.
Is hosting included in the plan price?
No. Hosting, domain renewal, SMS credits, payment-gateway charges and paid APIs are billed at cost, in your name wherever possible, so you own them. We do not add a margin to somebody else's invoice.
How do you charge for something bigger, like a new booking module?
That is quoted as its own small project: written scope, fixed price, milestones and a delivery date, against the hourly rates published above. It is not billed silently against your plan, and nothing starts until you approve the number.
What if my site goes down at midnight?
Our working hours are 10am–7pm IST, Monday to Saturday, and that is what the plans cover — we would rather say that plainly than promise 24×7 and not answer. Uptime monitoring alerts us immediately, and on Priority Care we start work on anything that is down within four working hours.
Can I cancel the plan?
Any time. Cancel before the next renewal date and you are not charged again; the month already running is not refunded because the monitoring and backups for it have been provided. Annual plans have a 14-day full refund window. The full detail is in our refund and cancellation policy.
