1. Free tools

Tools are provided “as is”, free of charge, for lawful personal and commercial use. Processing happens on your device; you are responsible for keeping backups of original files and for having the rights to the content you process. We are not liable for any loss arising from use of the tools.

2. Learning content

Tutorials, roadmaps, quizzes and code samples are for educational purposes. You may use code snippets in your own projects. Republishing our articles in full requires written permission.

3. Paid services

Paid projects are governed by a written proposal or agreement specifying scope, price (in INR, plus applicable GST), milestones and timelines. Unless otherwise agreed: payments are milestone-based; intellectual property in deliverables transfers to the client on full payment; we provide 30 days of free bug-fix support after delivery. Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and ongoing support is governed by the care plan you choose on our maintenance page.

4. Client Portal

Keep your login credentials confidential. Do not upload malware or unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that misuse the portal.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape at abusive rates, reverse-engineer or overload the website.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for paid services is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at our registered place of business have exclusive jurisdiction.
