About Merge PDF
Merge PDF joins two or more PDF files into a single document, in the order you set. Add your files, use the arrows until the order is right, give the output a name and download it. Everything runs inside your browser with JavaScript, so your documents are never uploaded to a server and are dropped from memory as soon as you close the tab.
How to use Merge PDF
- Drop two or more PDF files into the box, or click to browse for them.
- Use the arrows in the file list to put the files in the order you want them merged.
- Type an output file name, such as tender-bid.pdf, in the options panel.
- Click Merge PDFs and download the combined file.
What people use it for
- Combining twelve monthly bank statement PDFs into one file for a home loan application.
- Putting an Aadhaar photocopy, PAN card and address proof into a single KYC attachment.
- Assembling a tender submission where the portal accepts only one PDF upload.
- Joining chapter-wise study notes that were downloaded separately into one printable file.
Good to know
Page size, orientation and rotation of each source file are preserved, so mixing A4 and legal pages is fine. Bookmarks, form fields and digital signatures are not carried over to the merged file. Password-protected PDFs must be unlocked first. Very large files depend on your device's memory, so merge in batches on an older phone.
