About Organize / Reorder PDF

Organize PDF shows a thumbnail of every page so you can rearrange the document visually. Drag pages into a new order, rotate individual pages with the circular arrow, and mark the ones to drop with the cross. When the layout looks right, save a fresh PDF. All of it happens in your browser, so nothing is uploaded at any point.

How to use Organize / Reorder PDF

  1. Load your PDF and wait for the page thumbnails to render.
  2. Drag any thumbnail to a new position to change the page order.
  3. Use the circular arrow on a page to rotate it, and the cross to mark it for deletion.
  4. Click Save organised PDF and download the rebuilt document.

What people use it for

  • Putting a scanned agreement back in order after the pages went through the scanner shuffled.
  • Arranging a tender file so the checklist, forms and annexures follow the order the notice demands.
  • Fixing one sideways page and moving the cover to the front in a project report.
  • Reordering scanned marksheets year by year before a college application.

Good to know

Rotation is applied per page and adds to any rotation that page already has. Pages you mark with the cross are simply left out of the new file, and your original is untouched. Long documents take a while to render thumbnails on a phone, so give it a moment. At least one page must survive.

Frequently asked questions

Can I reorder, rotate and delete in one go?
Yes. All three are applied together when you click Save organised PDF, so a single pass is enough even when a document needs all of them.
Why are the thumbnails slow to appear?
Every page is rendered locally by your browser, so a long or image-heavy PDF takes longer on a phone than on a laptop. Pages appear one by one as they finish.
Does drag and drop work on a mobile phone?
Dragging thumbnails works best with a mouse. On a phone, use Remove PDF Pages and Rotate PDF instead, since both accept typed page numbers.
