About Extract PDF Pages

Extract PDF Pages pulls the pages you choose into a brand-new PDF and leaves the original alone. Thumbnails of every page load so you can click exactly what you need, or you can type page numbers such as 1-3, 8. Selected pages are copied at full quality, and the whole operation happens inside your browser with nothing uploaded.

How to use Extract PDF Pages

  1. Load the PDF you want to take pages from.
  2. Click the thumbnails of the pages to keep, or type them as 1-3, 8 in the box.
  3. Click Extract selected pages.
  4. Download the new PDF, which contains only your chosen pages.

What people use it for

  • Taking only the salary credit pages out of a six-month bank statement for a visa file.
  • Pulling a single GST invoice out of a month-end batch PDF to send to one customer.
  • Extracting the one annexure a government office asked for from a long tender document.
  • Saving just the semester result page from a combined marksheet PDF.

Good to know

Pages come out in ascending page order, not in the order you clicked them; run Organize PDF afterwards if you need a different sequence. Nothing is re-rendered, so text stays selectable and quality is unchanged. Extraction never removes pages from your original file, and encrypted PDFs must be unlocked first.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference between extracting and splitting?
Extract puts your chosen pages into one new PDF. Split cuts the whole document into several files, one per range. Use Extract when you only want a handful of pages out.
Does extracting change the original PDF?
No. The file on your device is only read. The tool builds a separate PDF from the selected pages and leaves the source exactly as it was.
Can I extract pages from a password-protected PDF?
Not directly. Open it in a PDF reader using the password, save an unlocked copy, then load that copy here and extract the pages you need.
