About Lorem Ipsum Generator
Lorem Ipsum Generator produces placeholder paragraphs for mockups, templates and layout tests so you can see how a design behaves before the real copy is written. Set how many paragraphs you want and roughly how many words each should hold, and optionally get the text already wrapped in paragraph tags. It is generated in the page, with no request to any server.
How to use Lorem Ipsum Generator
- Set the number of paragraphs you need.
- Set the words per paragraph to match the length of your real content.
- Tick Wrap in p tags if you are pasting straight into HTML.
- Click Regenerate for a different draw, then copy or download the text.

Good to know
The text is assembled from the classic Latin word list, so it reads as nonsense on purpose and no one mistakes it for real copy. Sentence lengths vary each time you regenerate, and word counts are approximate because paragraphs end on whole sentences. The first paragraph starts with the familiar Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet opening unless you untick that option.
