Anvi Foundation — Website for a Special-Education NGO

The business need

Anvi Foundation in Kamothe, Navi Mumbai works with children who have autism, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, ADHD, learning difficulties and speech delays. The website has one job above all others: help a worried parent decide to book an assessment. Donations, the gallery and the team page all support that job.

What I built

• Ten pages, and no more. A small centre has a small team, and every extra page is one more thing to keep up to date. Each page answers a question a real visitor asks.
• An enquiry form designed for the team that answers it. A phone number is required and email is optional, because families are reached by phone and WhatsApp. It asks for the child's age and the reason for the enquiry, from a list of nine, so the team knows what the call is about before picking up the phone.
• Donations without a payment gateway. UPI QR and one-tap bank details, with the foundation's 12A and 80G registration stated on the page. No gateway fees are taken from any donation.
• A 92-photo gallery that shows the work, with alt text on every photo and compressed images so it loads on mobile data.
• The SEO basics: unique titles and descriptions, social share previews, local tags, and a sitemap covering every page and photo.

Why it matters to the business

• More of the right enquiries, better prepared: the team knows the child's age and need before the first call.
• Zero cost per donation at the foundation's current scale, with a clear next step (a gateway or automated receipts) for when manual receipts start taking staff time.
• Trust: the foundation's own words, photos and registration details, where parents and CSR teams look.

What to measure

Enquiries per month and their topics, donations received through UPI and bank transfer, and searches that find the site locally. The full write-up is in the case study.
