A fixed fee for the first meeting, told to you when you book. It is adjusted against the fee if you go ahead.
How long will my matter take?
Anything in court depends on the court's calendar. You will be given a realistic range at the start and told when it changes.
Will I be told what is happening?
After every date, in writing, in plain language.
Do you take matters outside Mumbai?
Yes, with local counsel where required — and you are told what that adds to the cost before it is engaged.
